30 Minute Massage | $55
Focus based massage. Help relieve a headache or take care of that tweaked muscle.
Could include a number of tools from stones, hot/cold packs, MediCupping, Bamboo, Massage Cupping. Hot towels and essential oils are included in every session if appropriate.
Enhancement suggestion: CBD
60 Minute Massage | $110
Heartfelt: The body wants to relax but a specific area, say shoulder or knee needs a little extra attention. 60 minutes allows time for more than one specific tissue issue, great for someone who wants a massage to relieve stress and get away from the world for a moment.
Could include a number of tools from stones, hot/cold packs, MediCupping, Bamboo, and Massage Cupping. Hot towels and essential oils are included in every session if appropriate.

90 Minute Massage | $165
Enchantment: 90 minutes gives us plenty of time to address a few issues. Often times one major issue is caused by many smaller issues. To be able to apply therapeutic techniques as well as relaxing techniques offers balance to the body.
Could include a number of tools from stones, hot/cold packs, MediCupping, Bamboo, and Massage Cupping. Hot towels and essential oils are included in every session if appropriate.

Bayside Facial Massage | 1Hr | $130
The Bayside Facial Massage is an amazing MediCupping service that is sure to bring life back to your face! Increase circulation, reduce puffiness and firm skin with support from Phytomer products that are appropriate for your face. This is a 60 minute session that includes a neck and shoulder massage with a refreshing oil to help you relax.
This is not an Esthetic facial. It does not include extractions or peels. This is a vacuum therapy that does not leave marks on the face.
Can be a 30-minute session added onto a body treatment. See menu for pricing.

Vacation Euphoria | 2Hr | $220
Vacation Euphoria: You just got into town and you are unpacked and ready to relax. 2 hours gives us time to wipe out jet lag, work sore muscles, and bring you to a state of vacation bliss.

Invigorating Scalp Massage | 15min | $25
Brains! The scalp muscles are connected to the neck muscles…
I use a blend of essential oils that fit your needs for the day. You will have oil in your hair so bring a ponytail holder or hat to go home in. This is the ultimate in mental relaxation in a short period of time. Think of it like a power nap! Fantastic way to start the day!
Soothing Soles | 30min | $55
How are your feet feeling? This is a wonderful service to deep clean, exfoliate and moisturize your feet. There is so much to do on island! Don’t let foot pain get in your way of all the fun paradise has to offer!
Not a pedicure, I can recommend a nail tech. This a therapeutic and luxurious treatment for the soles of your feet.
Stretch It Out | 15min | $25
15 minutes of stretching those taut muscles. Loosen the fascia and make space for all of those phenomenal muscles. Mild massage is applied to areas of need to warm up the soft tissue and avoid injury. Please advise if you are competing in an event to make sure the proper type of stretching is performed.

Phytomer’s Oligomer Advanced Serum is a very specific blend of algae used to repair tissue and support anti-aging treatments. Can be used on the face and body.

Phytomer P5 Lotion is like adding a jolt to any anti-cellulite or contouring treatment. Can also be added to any type of massage to specific areas. Not to be used on the full body. Has caffeine and is fabulous for a morning massage.

MediCupping for contouring & cellulite reduction helps reduce these odd aches and pains by opening up pathways, creating space by removing congestion from an area. 30 Minute Contouring | $65
Beach Ready: MediCupping service that offers treatment to a specific area. Typically these areas are called “problem areas”. 30 minutes gives us enough time to treat glutes, hips, and legs for reduction of the appearance of cellulite. Or we can use MediCupping in a slightly different way to help firm the abdomen or reduce puffiness in the face. Also a fantastic addition to any personal fitness plan.

60 Minute Contouring | $130
Velvety Smooth: 60 minutes gives us plenty of time to get the fluid moving. Have you heard of “solid bloat”? I’ll tell you about it but for now, this service will help reduce water weight, reduce restricted fascia and reduce inches.
90 Minute Contouring | $195
That’s a Wrap! This is a mesmerizing service that will make you feel like a new person! Phytomer anti-cellulite and/or body contouring products are used to exfoliate, help you reduce water weight, loosen restricted muscles, and help you feel your best!
